A couple of weekends ago we went out to the airfield to tour a B-17 bomber, the "Sentimental Journey," from WWII that was manufactured too late to see any action. It was interesting to see one so close and to imagine what it would be like to be an airman during that time in history. Spencer loves all things with guns, so he was pretty excited.
Afterward, we went to the DQ for a banana split. Yum!
